The Court of Appeal of San Pedro Sula, citting article 142 of the Ley de Organizacion y Atribuciones de los tribunales, which grants them rights to extend jurisdiction of court, and not taking in consideration Article 146 of the same law which commands jurisdiction where the obligation must be fulfilled and in lack of it, where the plaintiff desires, sent this case to a Tegucigalpa court.
